Watch your email for your pre-session materials from me. You’ll complete a couple short inventories to assess where you are and what needs to change, stat. It won’t take long, I promise!
Rescue Your Routine
We’ll have an intensive 90-minute 1:1 call where we go over the results of your inventory and prep work, figure out what’s not working, and create targeted, actionable strategies to get your routine back in order.
Put It Into Action
I’ll follow up with custom, tailored resources (like worksheets, apps, or other tools) to help you implement your new routine and get yourself out of the overwhelm zone.
Check In and Adjust
After 2 weeks, we’ll book a 30-minute followup call to see how things are going. We’ll see if any course corrections are necessary and make sure you’re feeling better about your day-to-day.

An emergency intervention for when your routine isn’t working.
Rescue My Routine is a fast, targeted intervention to help you pull out of overwhelm before it becomes burnout or something more serious.
This isn’t a drawn-out counseling program, a self-help book, or an online course. It’s a one-on-one intensive overhaul of your current routine (or lack thereof) meant to give you the stability you need to function in the day-to-day.
Let’s face it, the “new normal” is anything but normal. Your old routine of a commute, a bunch of hours at a desk, lunch with coworkers, a few meetings, happy hour, and quality time with your hobby or some Netflix has gone out the window.
Now, you’re inundated with Zoom calls, working from home for the first time, and can’t remember the last time you showered, let alone put on pants.
You’re feeling a little out of control, and stress is starting to seep in around the edges.
You’re not burned out yet, but man…you’re getting there.
In this intensive, short intervention, we’ll take a look at where you stand right now, give you actionable steps for making positive change, and then check in to see how it’s all working.

Rescue my routine
Assess what's off the rails.
Start with a guided inventory of what’s going on with you. We’ll take a snapshot of where you are and what’s gone off the rails to leave you feeling like your routine is a wreck.
Identify your immediate needs.
In our 90-minute intensive call, we’ll go over your inventory and assessment results and home in on your top 3 key needs to overcome your overwhelm.
Make a targeted new plan.
We’ll finish out the call with targeted, actionable strategies and a plan to get you unstuck. This isn’t a generic, one-size-fits-all fluff bucket – it’s a custom approach for your life and needs, as they stand right now.
Put it into action.
I’ll send you resources like worksheets, app recommendations, and tools that you can put in action right away to overhaul your routine. Using these tools and the plan we create during your Rescue My Routine session, you’ll be able to start feeling in control again in no time.
Adjust as needed.
After 2 weeks of putting your refreshed routine into action, we’ll check in with a 30-minute follow-up call. We’ll see how things have been going and what might need to be tweaked to help you feel comfortable and confident.
Get back to feeling okay.
Rescue My Routine isn’t a magic bullet. It’s not gonna solve bigger systemic problems, or take half the work off your plate.
What it will do is help you get a handle on your current day-to-day situation and build in some breathing room so that you actually have the energy and capacity to tackle those bigger issues down the line.
We’re not going for “feeling great” here. We’re going for “okay today and okay tomorrow.”
